After shampooing, squeeze out the excess water and spread the conditioner along the lengths and ends, avoiding the roots and scalp. Comb it through, leave it on for two to three minutes, then rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Use it at every wash, or alternate with the XNutritive mask for a richer weekly ritual.

The cationic base of cetearyl alcohol, behentrimonium chloride and cetrimonium chloride is drawn to the negatively charged surface of damaged hair, so it settles exactly where the cuticle is most porous. Royal Jelly and the hydrolysed proteins smooth that rough surface, glycerin helps hold on to moisture, and shea butter with coconut and palm oils soften the fibre. The silicones then finish the job by smoothing the outer layer, while the acidic pH helps the cuticle lie flat — the result is slip, shine and softness that never feels heavy.
